I have bought quite a few items from Amazon.com and haven't had any problems until I ordered this shoe rack 2 months ago. When the package arrived, I opened the box and noticed scratches on the wood. I then started to assembly the rack and discovered that I was shorted 3 screws. Without those screws, I cannot put it together. I e-mailed their customer service and finally received a reply after a week. They told me they would send the screws that I needed. Fast forward a little bit, checked my mail, and they sent me the wrong screws. The screws they sent me weren't even a part of the items needed for assembly. I sent another e-mail asking for the correct parts but I have not heard back. I have been dealing with this for 2 months. It should not be this difficult to get screws that this company should have included in the packaging. My shoe rack still isn't put together. I have tried going to numerous hardware stores (ACE, Lowes, Home Depot) and none of them have the part I need.

Do not purchase from this company. The customer service is terrible and they do not care about their customers. You have been warned.
